WORK EXPERIENCE AND VOLUNTEERING

Young people from schools across Sheffield come to YASY for up to three weeks Work Experience. They contribute to the organisation by bringing their ideas and skills and in return gain valuable work experience mainly in the areas of administration and office work and I.T. We also offer work experience supporting the production of the YASY Magazine including work on articles, desk top publishing, printing, photocopying and distribution.

We welcome volunteers to YASY and can assist in finding appropriate work placements with our affliated projects. We also offer an ASDAN accredited award in Active Citizenship and in Community Volunteering.
